You can compare logs, notes, README files, Markdown drafts, configuration snippets, copied email drafts, help articles, policy drafts, and other text-based content. Line numbers make it easier to discuss a specific changed section with another person.
If the text includes very long lines, the viewer wraps content inside each side so you can inspect changes without horizontal scrolling. For text copied from rich editors, paste into a plain text editor first if hidden formatting creates unexpected line breaks.
